About Jeff
Jeff Newman is currently a self-employed web developer residing in Indianapolis, Indiana. A self-taught programmer, his web company, IndyNetWORX specializes in building custom websites for small businesses and not-for-profits. Jeff has written several website management software programs, including the PageWORX content management system and ContactWORX, a complete email marketing application that integrates with IndyNetWORX customers' websites.
Prior to founding IndyNetWORX, Jeff was President and CEO of Newman Equipment, Inc., a construction equipment distributorship that sold and serviced top brands of construction equipment, including Link-Belt Excavators, Kawasaki Wheel Loaders, and TEREX Construction and Mining Machinery. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Indiana University.
He is also a founding member of Peace Train and the Flower Power Brass, a local 1960's Rock and Roll band, which has performed for such notable events as Zoobilation, Indy Oktoberfest, and pre-game shows for the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers.
Jeff is a proud father of two children, Katie and Mike, who currently attend Perry Meridian High school in Indianapolis.
